Sc/st (poa) act

(Querist) 26 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
I am charged under 3(1)(x) of sc/st (poa) act and 294 B. But the said offences was not done by me.
In addition to that, I have done Intercaste marriage, my wife belongs to ST and me belongs to MBC. Can the said offence is applicable to me.
Whether the witness 1 statement alone enough for convicting the accused?
In complaint, seven names were mentioned but in the chargesheet excluding all names only my name is alone mentioned in order to extract money from me?
This case is purely civil in nature? but misusing of the act occurred in my case and the criminal colour was given as mentioned by the Supreme court as "Legal Terrorism".
Kindly suggest me.

Meet the case on merits. Additionally say that you have highest respect for all castes and in fact you have married an ST, which you would not have done if you have any such bad caste feelings. Rest, your lawyer will have to handle.
