i am having aagriculture land with registration documents, pattadhar passbook, & title deed...But other person is in enjoyment of land..other person created passbook.. we went to M.R.O office and ask for make it online... They said that it is in his enjoyment.

Author, when you have registered documents, Pattadar pass books and Title deeds, then ask the Tahsildar concerned through RTI for copy of I-B register, adangal copy etc. and then put an application to the RDO concerned for cancellation of pattadar pass books etc. of other person. even there you do not get favourable information, then proceed to court through an experienced counsel.

Send RTI application to Tehsil office.
You can apply directly to the office for the copy by payment of the required fee.
As local law applies, consult local lawyer.
