Dear Sir(s),

Kindly suggest what to do :-

Family court of Patana ( Bihar) oredred ex party order of maitenance. i filed for review petition to and family court accepted my reveiw petition. wife side arranged to issue warrant to my kolkata ( W B) address. My advocate intimated today that warrant issued to SP from family court.

kindly suggest what to do for avoiding arrest ?

Warrant shows that execution is on. Is there any stay on maintenance order? Generally, family does not take such an extreme step. Anyway, right now move the application for cancellation of bail and subsequently a bail application asap.I NEED MORE DETAIL TO GUIDE U PROPERLY.

If no stay was given for maintenance, execution can be filed. Apply for stay and move for bail.
