Dear sir/madam,
Kindly, let me know legal remedy, if any, for me in the following case:
I was hired for two hours a day working for accounting work at the remuneration of Rs:10,000/-P.M. by a firm, for which there is no paper /written letter. I have worked since 06.12.2015 to 13.03.2016.
I was paid only for Dec-2015 on 20.01.16 ,and for jan-16 on 13.03.16 through check but not paid for feb-16 and up to march, and firm owner is very rude, dishonest and ill reputed and not paying due amount to me. He at the time of payment on 13.03.2016 says “I am not satisfied with your working”, you have not worked so I will not pay. But by my some good or bad luck he paid Rs: 10,000/- but not rest.
I worked very honestly and sincerely but due his own very bad working system and lack of providing data, I couldn’t do perform best.
I have no proof but can I have a legal remedy?
He has very bad name regarding paying due to others, which I came to know latterly.
Now,I am not interested to work any more but my time ,honesty and hard working in term of remuneration of Rs:15,000/- is going to make me sad.
Always Thanks to L.C.I.
Regards
Brijesh
