Dear Sir,
Our uncle showed the registered WILL of our grand mother dated year 1990 and after death of grand mother he got the property mutated in his name in year 2005 and after that he sold the same property to his wife and his wife again T/F the property in 2012 to his daughter .
We suspect that our uncle got the WILL registered illegally buy taking any other lady to registrar office disposing his mother and got the WILL registered in yr 1990 , during that time she was not maintaining good health ( as we know , but no documentary proof ) .Uncle also taken one off his friend along for registration as a witness to the WILL ( he is still alive ) .
Uncle also says that every one is aware that WILL has been made in my name ,now you people have gone greedy to claim the property .
Now How to claim that the WILL has been made by fraud , sign on WILL is also in hindi and only uncle is beneficiary.
Request you to please suggest and help me.

What had you been doing since 1990 later on when it was mutated in the year 2005, then sold in the year 2012?
A hypothetical and academic query.
Consult a local lawyer.

although it is a registered will, the genuineness of the said will is to be questioned before the civil court. but there is a problem of limitation point as told by Dr.J.C.Vashistha so please consult a locak lawyer

You can prove your point by evidence of grandmother (but she is not alive)
now you hunt for someone who can depose on oath that he / she was with her all the time on that day and did not see her signing WILL.
IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CHALLENGE AUTHENTICITY OF THE REGISTERED WILL.

(I)EVIDENCE OF THE LADY WHO ACTUALLY APPEARED IN PLACE OF YOUR GRANDMOTHER. (IF NOT AFRAID OF GOING TO JAIL FOR APPEARING AS FALSE WITNESS)
(II)BY EVIDENCE OF THE STAFF WHO WAS POSTED IN REGISTRAR OFFICE ON THAT DAY.(IF NOT AFRAID OF GOING TO JAIL FOR APPEARING AS FALSE WITNESS)
(III) BY THE EVIDENCE OF THE REGISTRAR HIMSELF (IF NOT AFRAID OF GOING TO JAIL FOR APPEARING AS FALSE WITNESS)if he is willing to lose his pension.
