excess idea Mobile bill

Idea company sent me around 3000 mobile bill in December 2015 by saying rs 2500 of Internet usage. Normally my bill after 1 month used to be 200-400. I am sure I never used Internet on that mobile number but I had no proof. I terminated my mobile number by paying 3000 rs and got reciept. I feel cheated and want to clear it with company because I think that bill was overcharged. Please suggest me what should I do? I want to go in consumer court. Can I file RTI application from idea company to show me details?
