As per MOU signed btwn Our Employer and Our Union, we have hike of 7250₹ now. My salary is is 23,750₹ PM. But employer continued to deduct only 780₹ for Epf contribution. Son many of us want to know that is there a limit to EPF contri. or not.
I have not much knowladge about it. So want some to sort it out.

You have a union and union leaders are well informed on such matters.
Employer has restricted its contribution to old PF wages.
You and your union leaders could have negotiated PF contribution as well.
You and your union leaders can speak to PRO/APFC in the nearest PF office.
