Leakage problem

I have a flat in Ulhasnagar on the top floor of a building where there is rain water seepage and during rains the water just drips from the ceiling. The society is not ready to listen.

It is not a co-operative society. Where can I complain. Can I go to a consumer forum against the society.

They also charge maintenance charges flat area wise. Is it permissible.

leakage is very common problem in flats and send lawyer legal notice to secretary of society to correct leakage problem in 15 days time.

What sort of society is this if not co-operative society?
Anyway if the management of this society does not cure the problem you can seek injunction from court to repair the leakage work.

Send legal notice to society and the owner for repairing.

If no action file case in the court with prayer for interim orders.
