in 498a case is at evidence stage from 2013 and complainant not attending date , can i file application for cost of traveling and for warrant for complainant for trail.

Cost of travelling would not be borne by the complainant.
However you can apply for issuance of WA.

Travelling cost has to be born by accused not by complainant.

Prey the court to issue warrants.

Check whether the complainant is dispensed with his presence with the permission of the court or not.

If yes, you can carry on with your adducing the evidence or else insist and request the court to complete the trial by stating your sufferance. Court will definitely consider your request by giving one or two chances to the complainant to close, if they do not comply then court can dismiss the case with your acquittal as the trial is taking place since 2013.

If the court doe not allow you, then you can approach the High Court with Quash Application.
