Transfer

sir,iam working in central government and my wife is posted at same station 40 km apart in state government.both are peramanent worker.i had been transfered to north east.My wife is pregnant.i have takemn 2 posting at hard area.transfer policy of our department is not followed.can i go to CAT for this.

If the policy/rules/circulars have been violated then you may represent to the competent authority and exhaust the internal remedy.

It shall certainly be better to consult an able counsel with all docs on record.

Legal steps may not give immediate relief, prey the department in humble terms.
