dear all

i have filled a private complaint in mm court then after magistrate order for 200 and then 202 for police report after police report which contents prima faci offence made out ,then magistrate again order to police for submitting new report

my Q. is can mm order again to police for filling 202 report

Legally there is no bar on MM for resending the matter u/s 202 Cr.P.C. as there is no Res-Judicata on this proceeding of 202.

Give background details. If police submits one report the court can not without a valid reason send the matter for another inquiry.
