How are you concerned?

Because I did not understand its meaning when I read the Bombay High Court order and my lawyer friend also could not answer.

There are many posts which are posted by you related to marriage issue and the case proceedings clearly indicates you already hired a lawyer.. then why your lawyer is not answering such petty questions? or you merely willing to verify the answers given by your lawyer?

Dear Sir (Adv. Kakade)

Thanks for your reply. Your guess is not correct; I have not hired a lawyer. No question is petty if the person does not know the answer.

No one is avoiding to answer your question sir.. there are the many short forms in different judgments in different courts.. It is advisable to visit the clerk of the court which has passed such order.. you shall certainly get the explanation of the terms you did not understand.
