Police complaint to register for under section498A

My daughter in law had lodged a complaint for fir under 498 against me and my son.it was lodged in Feb.2014. After three enquirers by Ludhiana police, the complaint was transferred to Panchkula police after taking DA legal opinion who opined that since the alleged incident has taken place at Panchkula,Ludhiana police has no jurisdiction. Panchkula police conducted two enquirers and exonerated us and complaint was filed. But she got the complaint recalled to Ludhiana once again and now police have reopened enquiry once again.she had earlier approached high court also against Ludhiana police where Ludhiana police submitted affidavit that the complaint does not fall in their jurisdiction.later on she withdrew that petition.My query is 1. Can Ludhiana police conduct a re enquiry after submitting in high court about non jurisdiction? 2. How many times the same complaint can be investigated? This is the sixth enquiry. Is there any time limit upto which the complaint can be kept alive. 3. Can Ludhiana police recall the complaint and initiate enquiry when Panchkula police has already filed it after conducting two enquirers in our favour

If you are INNOCENT AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU THEN WHY FEAR NUMBER OF INQUIRIES?
