Dear sir,
I gave some blank stamp papers and blank cheque (all were signed by me)to a person for a financial deal.this was done 15 years ago.deal ended thru other person but I didn't get back those blank papers.after 15years(now),can this person use this papers against me to get more money.is three limitations?will it affect my property?

For 15 years you have not bothered about your blank stamp paper and blank cheques, any reason for asking now?

Right now, you don't have any legal problem. Come forward with exact problem, if & when he uses those instruments/documents.

Either collect the papers or cross the bridge when it comes.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 September 2016
You should have collected the papers. Pattern of cheque has been changed after that. Send registered AD letter to all parties not to use the documents after completing the blanks.

However, you can avoid if nothing has been faced till date. Revert when any step taken by them.

The answer of your query is hypothetical. Those papers can be misused and even cannot be. Better to ensure that those have been destroyed.

The query is short of material facts.
