Hi, there ia one guy who was married in 2014 but they are not happy. Guy want to split with her. But she denies to split because of luxury. They don't have any physical relationship also. Now she lived with her parents but she is not ready to give him divorce. Is there any grounds for divorce. "We always support women but every time man is not wrong sometime women also wrong " plz help him.

Also, grounds for divorce are not fabricated here to spoil matrimonial relations, any more, even if spoiled already.

If your wife is frigid and doesn't respond to sex due to which marriage remained non consummated you can seek divorce on that ground. Same ground is available to wife also. Contested divorce may take 3-5 years with uncertain results.
taking legal step may instigate her to file domestic violence case and may demand maintenance.
Best way is mutual contested divorce, as you said she does not agree for it. May be she want to save marriage, if so amicable settlement to save marriage would be best.
If nothing work, discuss with local lawyer and file divorce case on cruelty basis.

Only your friend would be knowing what cruelty he is facing from his wife.
So, ask your friend to consult some local lawyer to discuss in detail what type of cruelty he is facing and get the case prepared for him and filed in the court of law.
