Language of registration document need to be referred in the given circumstances.
Broadly it would not be considered ancestral property and he can bequeath it till any thing otherwise in registration deed is against such step.

is a convyence deed in 1960 as after so many years of partition and applications claim is settled in my grand father's favour and convyence deed mentioned the word claim value. but we believe that claim is for property left in pakistan was of great grandfather.

Will can be challenged if there is defect in bequeathed property title and on other grounds also, discuss with local lawyer.

The issue needs to be tested in a Court of Law.

Central Government Act
Section 6 in The Transfer of Property Act, 1882
