partnership businrss/joint family business

1. If there was an evidence that there was an jointfamily fund invested for starting the partnership business,with male family mambers alown as partner's.What is the right of female member of the family.?
2.Where the jointfamily prorety is under separate and convenient enjoyment of the manager of a family.Any property,business,partnership firm or company.Acqred by the coparcener out of the income of such property will it be treated as joint family .?
3.When a mitakshare coparcener mixes his serrate property/funds in partnersnip business/company with male family members alown as partners. such will it be treated as partnership or joint family business.?
sir please answer my query.

In my opinion it will be treated as joint family property. Female members also will have equal share in the property.

if it is joint family property each and every person in such family, irrespective of gender will have equal rights, and their investments arise from such HUF properties.

1. Because it is a partnership business and not a joint Hindu Family Property so female has no specific right in that business. Any female comes in the shoe of her husband in the given case. If any partner has expired then his legal heirs including his widow are entitled to inherit his share in the business as per his share entered in the partnership deed. No female gets any specific right because she is the member of that family wherein such business is being run.
