Drafting of petition for section 133

i want to ask what is the process to file complaint U/S 133 CrPC?Whether i have to submit a complaint to police station or directly to SDM?Can we send it by speed post?Is there any special drafting for such complaints or simple hand written complaint will suffice.

Actually, i want to pursue the problem of loudspeaker problem in our locality during marriage ceremony till late night hampering sound sleep. Pls Advise

File a complaint with Pollution Control Board. Petition under section 133 Cr.PC can also be filed but depends upon police report. You can file it, will be sent to the local SHO for report, if his report is affirmative then an order regulating the use of loudspeaker can be made but can not be stopped totally.
