2) NOC from local police station.
3) Commercial electric meter
4) Your ID & Address proof
5) for ownership of shop Index II

Opening a bar is not a res extra commercium i.e not a benign item of trade and commerce but an activity which has adverse effect on the health of the people and the society. It is beyond the scope of this forum to offer any suggestion for such an activity.
