Sir its urgent...please help me out of this. I am from Telangana state. A(my uncle's sister) women got married in 1982 and now she is demanding for property(agricultural land) in recent days..she went to a court. We received (Form no.2 SUMMONS FOR SETTLEMENT OF ISSUES) notice from court, asked to present on 19/01/2017.

Even the title of the query does not provide full details.
Assuming that she is demanding share from father's property, then also post; the property is self acquired/ancestral and date/month/year of death of father.

Sir SHE is demanding share from her father's property(ancestral)' which is now owned by HER brother(now which is gifted to 2 of his daughters) and HER father passed away in 04-03-2005. The property is owned by her brother in 2006 in written revenue records and SHE got married in 1982. disputes between my uncle and her started from 2014 onwards. I am (the person who is posting) his sun-in-law(his daughter's husband).Sir please let me know for further details.

The father was not alive till September 9, 2005, the date of amendment in Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005.
