I am an officer in bank joined two years ago and now have left the previous job due to selection in state govt. I have some questions in my mind and i want to share here for my help, during the course of the job i have handled routine job as well as some loan work in bank although while recommending some i have taken full care while recommending loans but in the present scenarion there is a huge pressure on bank employees and there may be some desprecancies found later although it may not going to affect bank financially. But if any enquiries be set up later in future in my recommended loans then will it affect my present job in state govt. And any descrepancies found later can pose my present job affected,if yes then what may be the consequences?

If it is a govt bank then they can draw up charges and send the material to present govt employer who can issue chargesheet.

We are not spokesperson of the bank or your department. You asked if it is possible for action based on report of former Govt employer ---------- you have been replied

If you have discharged your duty as per rule book without any waiver or relaxation you need not worry and just need to explain your stand. Give more facts as without any monetary loss no bank will take action that too to an employee who left and joined another organization. More facts needed if you look for more advise.

Definitely that will affect.
But when there is no such problem with you for the present, do you really feel that you have committed such a grave irregularity, which you try to hide and on account of which you have resigned?

Mere fact that there was no loss to bank as the loan is refunded. , is no ground to say that there is no misconduct. Many bank officers faced FIR for processing such loans
