To receive maintenance charge or share in property from inla

I am widow. My husband died before 6 months ago and only after 2 months of the marriage. It was suicide because of his quarrel with his elder brother and his wife. Now I am staying with my parents and doing accounting job in private Firm earning Rs. 10,000 per month. Am I able to receive maintenance charges or share in property from my inlaws family. Because due to my elder brother in law and elder sister in law I lost my husband.

Consult/Meet the Free Legal Aid Forums/Women's Legal Aid Forums in the Concerned Court and Claim your Husband's Share in the Assets/Property entitled to him.

the property of your husband shall belong to you after his death and you certainly can claim the share in the ancestral property of your husband. I doubt about getting the maintenance.
