Dear Sir
What the process of inter religion marriage in which girls is from hindu cmmunity and want to change her name and want to marry with muslim boy. Both are adult above 20 yr. Of age . Please suggest the better way so that no any type of problem came infront of them or and they can free from police case if filed by either family .

Inter religion or inter caste marriage is not an offence that you are so much worried about police case.
If you plan to elope with the boy, then what is the necessity for getting converted into Muslim.
You can marry him by remaining in the same religion and your marriage can be registered under special marriages act and it is legally valid
Plan your marriage before leaving the house with intention to get married.
