Keep applying for bail in lower courts mostly it would be rejected.Better to avoid un necessary expenses wait for completion of 3 months of imprisonment to be completed and the bail would be granted in concerned court it self or certainly in High Court after 3 months.

If you are confident that Police would be in your favor in the Court basing on their investigation you could succeed in getting the bail in concerned court Now it self. The Police statements in the Court in favor of brother would easily get him the Acquittal in the case. Now every thing is in the hands of Police Understand and Act accordingly.

Since the case has been filed and the charge is grave, obtain services of some expert senior lawyer for trying bail of the accused.
Some senior and experienced lawyer in the field may defend the accused effectively.

You have repeated the same question in another thread too, wherein I have given my opinion.
However, please note that if the bail application is rejected in the trial court, you may approach higher court including high court for grant of bail.

At times facts are stranger than fiction.
there had been instances that some know person getting a child kidnapped and pretending to be helping the aggrieved family.
SO start working to defend as advised above.
