Can he withdraw money without my presence at bank ?

MY GRAND FATHER DEPOSITED SOME MONEY IN A BANK IN FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME WITH MEAS SECOND HOLDER AND PAYABLE TO EITHER OR SURVIVOR, NOMINATED MY UNCLE AND NOW MY GRAND FATHER TOOK SIGNS ON THE FD BOND THAT TOO AT HOME AND TOOK AWAY ALL AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT ON ITS MATURITY , IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT WITHOUT MY PRESENCE AT BANK …? WILL A SINGLE SIGN ON BOND ENABLE TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM THE DEPOSIT ON MATURITY???
PLEASE LET ME KNOW

The account was with a mandate either or survivor, any of the account holder can withdraw / operate the account.

Are you intending to use the free advise of this forum to punish your grandfather for withdrawing the money (his own money) and taking it back?

Are you going to punish him for the attachment he had shown to you (which you seems to have lost) at the time of deposit and later realised his folly before his death?

Do you really think that the experts at this forum may be willing to give free advise on this project.

If you have issues approach your own very able local senior counsel specializing in such/civil/consumer matters for a considered opinion, and also contemplate on funds that owned by senior grandfather..

You have no claim of any type against the Bank or your grand father. In the given facts it was a perfect legal transaction.
