dear Sir /madam ,
I have purchased a property and got it it registered .But the cheque number mentioned in the sale deed is bounced due to typographical errors . Vendor pressurized me to pay through another cheque and i did . But i am worried now , may there be any problems in the registration in future ?
what corrective action to be taken to ensure to stay away from all problems in the future.

Take old cheque back, take acknowledgement / receipt of payment made in lieu of the bounced cheque. In case of doubt regarding language of the receipt, have assistance of some lawyer.

Also obtain receipt of new cheque and payment and also obtain Banker's certificate.

Take previous cheque back or stop payment of the cheque and issue a notice to return the dishonoured cheque as you have already issued fresh cheque in consideration which has already been realised by vendor.
Even then if the vendor do not return the dishonoured cheque file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction through a local lawyer.
However, I find the facts of case academic, hypothetical and untrue.
