Dear Sirs n Ma’am
In our one case A woman divorced from Mr.B and married to Mr. C. From her 1st marriage she is hving son now he is major. He is claiming the share from the property of Mr. B and Mr. B is no more. He died intestate but his parents are there. Is Son entitle to get the share from the property of B??

Definitely the son born out of the wedlock of A & B, now become major, is fully entitled to inherit the properties of his deceased father at par with the mother of deceased means 1/2 share in the entire properties and his share cannot be taken by anyone.

The son can claim share in the father's property along with other Class I heirs.
