Thank you Mr Makkad but still my doubt is that the share what my uncle was suppose to get that is 1/4 from the flat if we sell it.Which in lieu has been paid to him with the money which my grandmother received from his brothers property.In that case he doesnt even stand for any share and what should i do to change the name in the society as he has given some letter for not doing any changes.How do i resolve this. As i am jobless and my mother is old what ever saving dad has left we are surviving on that and if my uncle take any legal action we will be finish.

You have not to worry and maintain mental peace. Your uncle can do nothing against you. Even if your uncle has taken money against his share then also it is to be established before civil court. You can serve a legal notice to the society for entering your name therein and ignore the letter of your uncle which is based on flimsy grounds.
If you enter in the civil court, you approach chief judicial magistrate moving a simple application on behalf of your mother or of you stating therein your economic condition and pray to provide you legal help free of cost. He shall not only provide counsel for you but also all litigation expenses shall be borne by Legal Services Authority. CJM is generally secretary of this authority. You should handle the situation with calm and confidence.
