I am a Railway employee. I have been transeferrd from Chandausi to Moradabad distance 45 km and retained my govt. acommodation for school session with permission of competent athourity. please tell me whether Iam entiteld for HRA in Moradabad pl. also tell rule no.

Not entitled for HRA as accommodation has been provided as per your request till specifically allowed in your permission letter for retention of accommodation..
