Ma ke name se Jamin par kis ka adhikar

Respected sir, mere pita ji ne ma ke name par plot liya jispar hamne ghar banaya par ab maa Ka kahna hai ki yah Jamin chote wale Bhai ke name Kar degi. Mai do Bhai hoon. Mai bada tatha fauj me hoon aur doosra chhota Jo ki private job karta hai.
Mera manna hai ki ham dono bhai ka us Jamin par brabar Ka adhikar hai is liye yah dono Ka hona chahiye. Mai fauj me hoon isliye iska faida ootha Kar wo Jamin kabhi bhi chhote bhai ke naam Kar wanting hai. Iska upay batayen taki bina mere jane Jamin kisi ko na likha Jaye.

Your mother is owner of the property. Owner of the property can sell / gift / mortgage / bequeath a will of the property, no one can object.

Try to have amicable settlement within your family.

Your mother is absolute owner of the property and she can transfer the property to anyone by way of sell/gift or by other way,you have no right to object.try to have amicable settlement.

Agar ghar banane me apne dhan ka yogdan kiya hai jo ki aap sabit kar akte hain to uske avaj me hisa maang kar dekhain.

Lekin vinmarta se.

kyunki aap ne agar apni mata ji ko koi dhan diya hai to vo putar hone ke naate aapka farz hai.

Aapki mata ji agar apna nirwah/gujara nahi kar pa rahi to vo apni santaan se bhatta pa sakti hain.

Apne kushal vyavhaar se mata ji ko manai.
