The basic question asked was to provide a draft of notice, but our experts engaged themselves in irrelevant discussion. Though generally notices are sent by advocates but Consumer Protection Act does not envisage that an advocate should necessarily be engaged the complainant may appear in person also. Now coming to drafting of notice, there is no universal draft of notice . The notice must state the necessary facts of dispute. Exact address of the company,description of product, evidence of purchase of product,whether the product is still in warranty period, if warranty period has expired how many times the product was repaired during the warranty period and the evidence of the fact that it was not repaired properly, the description of the defect, and lastly what relief the consumer claim. You may send a notice containing all these information.

Sometimes, some dull headed persons or being unfit to use their own brain unwittingly become tool of someone else. So, is it not the instance where you would have presented the example, as if you have also become tool of Mr. Kumar Doab in aping him without applying your own brain. You have under estimated his activities. Not 5000, Mr. NJS made 10121 Replies so far. Even 121 posts, out of his 10121 posts, would not have been sensible on his part ever since he joined the LCI. If he believes himself to be an expert and even a sensible layman, you may better ask him to provide links of even 121 of his posts from which his legal expertise or even sensibility would have depicted so far.
