free copy of f.i.r only provide to fir lodger soon after the registration of f.i.r. so far as accused is concerned his lawyer has to file copying application to get the certified copy of f.i.r in the concerning court of judicial magistrate.

It is an example of biased law that, against which allegation are framed, he is not provided with the copy of allegation,law does not presume at this stage that he may be innocent. We have only remedy what Ajitabh Sir has suggested.
