Can someone plz explain d meaning and diff between judicial and non judicial stamp paper..

As per provisions of Indian Stamps Act 1899, A stamp intended to be used under The Court fees Act, 1870 (which includes both adhesive and impressed stamps) is a judicial stamp paper whereas all other stamp papers are non-judicial stamp papers.
