Annulment of marriage

The bridegroom presented herself as 12 th pass before marriage ( also mentioned in her marriage biodata), but after marriage if she accepted that she is actually 12 th fail, in such case can I file petition for annulment of the marriage?

How it affects your marriage? Whether 12th pass or fail how that make marriage not workable? Even if she failed 12th examination, she can reappear and pass it next time. But how her 12th result make your marriage void or voidable?

You are referring to bride or bridegroom...............
Is the other spouse unable to earn or take care of household!

Quite a vague query. At first, you have not stated whether it relates to your own marriage or it is just an academic question? Secondly, if it relates to your own marriage, please clarify, are you a bride or a bridegroom? Thirdly, you should have known that a bridegroom cannot be she or herself.
So, you have to make it clear, on what ground you want your problem to be solved?
