Few days back I borrowed 15k rupees from one of my friend for who is in Canada but due to some issues I couldn't repay it back on time, now he's saying that he will file a case against me, please help me

You can pay the amount back an keep yourself away from any court proceedings. That is the only way out in your case.

Repay the amount lent. That way you can avoid any case filed against you for recovery of loan by YOUR Friend.
