my friend has a case and he hasn't received any summons till now and the hearing is tomorrow . if he did not appear for the case will there be any legal issues

Then how did he know that there is a case. It is better for him tp present in the court and state that though he had not received the summon and he is present which would be good for him. Discuss and appoint a local Advocate.

there were total of five person accused in the case three of them got the summons, but two didn't receive yet ..and we got the case number when i checked online it showing the case is having a hearing tomorrow.one of the accused is currently in uae...will it be problem if he do not appear for the hearing

What is your concern/ locus standie to the case of your friend ?
If your friend did not receive summons advise his to seek professional advise of his counsel.
Anonymous author is not obliged by experts as per rule of this platform.
