Yes. You can file suit for damages after issuing legal notice to the person who filed false case against you. .

Clarify the words Paruvu Nashtam Dava first. If it denotes Suit for Damages then I am of the view that the same is not maintainable when the accused stand acquitted beyond any reasonable doubt.
