U/o 21 r 32 is Decree for Specific performance for restitution of conjugal rights, or for an injunction.
The parties against whom the order is passed under this order has to obey. In case disobedience of the order willfully in case of conjugal rights his property may be attached, but in case of conjugal rights even if court directs the respondant to take her wife back that order cannot be exeucted, itz non executable order it is decided in the case famous cine actor SARITA.
In case of injunction for violating the order such person can be detained in the civil prison or by the attachment of his property, or by both.
In case of coporation property of the corporation can be attached.or with the leave of the court by the detention in the civil prison of the directors or other principal officers thereof, or by both attachment and detention.
