Dear Sir or Madam,
I seek your valuable advise on what needs to be done when the society members donot submit their nominations for the election of Managing committee of a Coop Hsg Soc.
If suppose we get nominations of six to seven members from a society comprising of 64 flats, do we need to hold election by ballot or do the six-seven nominations declare them selves elected to hold office...?

It shall be better to take guidance from the bye-laws of your society itself.
Generally if the nomination forms are not filled or are filled one for a single post then there is no need to conduct election through ballot box rather all should be got elected unanimously on the last day of filing of papers.
