regarding divorce

i have been living seperated since 11 months from my wife,how shold i apply for divorce and what are the procedures to be followed i have 2 kids they r living with my wife

Mr. Hari, basing on your sufferrings and grounds only during your wedlock , which are justifiable having valid reasons , and it's sufficient proof only u can get divorce in the concerned District Court/Family Court u will get divorce and if required any assistance mail me :

However, Law checks up as to whether your wife is presently conceived or not before enforcing Judicial separation.

90% differences can be resolved mutually but the spouses don't have proper platform to express their real problems which emerges as no problem if properly diagnosed.
