Que.1.Whenever a Petitioner Withdraws a Suit Instituted for Divorce, Does the same will be informed to the Respondent through Court or not?

Court will not permit the petitioner to withdraw any suit in the absence of respondent.

Respondent should be heared for his objections to withdrawal.

For with drawing of case as 'Not pressed' u don't need presence of Opposite party one who filed case can withdraw the same.Court will not intimate the same to Opp.party.

REGARDING THE WIDRAWAL OF DIVORCE PETITION KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.IT IS A CIVIL COURT MATTER FILED BY PETITIONER AND RESPONDENT IS SENT NOTICE INITIALY AT THE TIME OF FILING OF THE MATTER.
2.ONCE RESPONDENT APPEARS THROUGH ADVOCATE OR IN PERSON THEN FOR SUBSEQUENT COURT DATES BOTH THE PARTIES ARE SUPPOSED TO ATTEND COURT REGULARLY ,IN CASE ANY APPLICATION AS MENTIONED IS FILED BY ANY PARTY AND OTHER PARTY IS ABSENT THEN COURT INITIALY PASSES AN ORDER AS OTHER SIDE TO SAY, BUT SUBSEQUENTLY IN CASE OTHER SIDE REMAINS ABSENT THE COURT MAY PASS AN ORDER ON AN APPLICATION FILED BY PARTY FOR WIDRAWAL OF DIVORCE PETITION IN ABSENCE OF OTHER SIDE. PLEASE NOTE .
NO NOTICE WILL BE SENT TO THE OTHER SIDE IN SUCH CASE.

HENCE IT IS ADVISIBLE THAT BOTH THE SIDES TAKE CARE AND ATTEND THE COURT REGULARLY.
BUT KINDLY NOTE THE PARTY FILING THE DIVORCE PETITION MAY SUBSEQUENTLY FILE APPLICATION FOR WIDRAWAL OF THE MATTER AT ANY LATER CASE AS STATED ABOVE.
