Can a daughter claim her share in the dwelling house?

one of the daughter living with 'A'

can other daughter claim her share in that dwelling house?

Not during the life time of her father but in succession, daughter is equally entitled to claim her share therein also.

But i was told that Section 23 was omitted by Apex Court in 2005 and due to that Daughter have also right of share in dwelling house

REGARDING THE SHARE OF DAUGHTER IN DWELING HOUSE.

1.SON AND DAUGHTER HAVE SHARE IN THE PROPERTY AND CAN CLAIM THE RIGHT THROUGH COURT BY FILING CIVIL SUIT FOR SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE AND EVEN CLAIM SHARE IN OTHER PROPERTY INCLUDING BANK ACCOUNTS AND FIXED DEPOSITS AND OTHER INVESTMENTS MADE BY THE DECEASED FATHER OR MOTHER OF THE DAUGHTER
