deniel of registered documents

A person named x has number of properties in which all the document were registered with the sub - registrar but subsequently during cross examination he denies all the document even the secondary evidence which are admissible under law then what are the alternative..

Alternative in whose hands and what is the matter?????

If you want to bring all those documents on the file of the court then can bring in your evidence by summoning those documents from the office of registrar.

Law is clear-who so ever asserts must prove so try other options.

His deniel only draged him in court of law now it is u have to prove.

However the entries in the Encumbrance Certificate can also be taken into account
