how many witnesses r required during d regisration of marriage??

2 witnesses from each side means total 4 and thos witnesses should also be got identified either by Nambardar, panch, advocate etc.

You can register your marriage now with the nearest register office by taking your wife with two witnesses and as documents you take both of your residential identity(ration card/voter identity card),marriage invitation,proof for age (both of you).
You have to apply for this in the prescribed form(available with the registrar office itself).After remitting the prescribed fee,you will be issued the marriage certificate on the date mentioned by them.
