hi members,

My query is can a financial institution take agricultural land on mortgage in rajasthan.

what will be the case if the loan is given for agriculture purpose and in case of non agriculture purpose.

please suggest me authority from where i can get detail information.

You can obtain detailed information from your nearest Land Mortgage Bank (Rajasthan).

Yes. There is no prohibition in any financial institution accepting mortgage of agricultural land as security for repayment of loan amount. You can get the detailed information from the Rajasthan Financial Corporation.
