How to calculate reasonable and fair provision and maintenance for a divorced muslim wife under section 3 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act. For example the husbant is earning Rs. 10000 per month and he do not have any assets.

The wife must be given some amount for her Food, Clothes and Shelter.

Litigation expenses were also to be given. Better you can calculate
