Overtime wages

Please let me know what will comprised for paying the overtime wages in maharashtra ? basic + DA is correct way pf overtime wage calculation or is it basic+ all allowances ?

Which is the relevant provision under the wages act and rules ?

as per factory act sec.59. Extra wages for overtime. (1) Where a worker works in a
factory for more than nine hours in any day or for more than forty- eight hours in any week, he shall, in respect of overtime work, be entitled to wages at the rate of twice his ordinary rate of wages.

Thanks for the reply. However, it would be helpful if anyone can clarify the components of the overtime wage calculation such as Basic + DA is sufficient or Basic + All Allowances ?
