ANY PARTNERSHIP IS MANDATORY THAT IT IS REGISTERED AS PER PROVISIONS OF INDIAN PARTNERSHIP ACT.

AS YOU ARE ADVOCATE KINDLY REFER THE SAID ACT AND I SUGGEST IT IS ADVISIBLE THAT YOU MAY PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY INSTEAD OF PARTNERSHIP AS THERE ARE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF THE SAME.
IN THE LONG RUN IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE YOU MAY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO CONCENTRATE ON YOUR MAIN JOB.
THANKS.

As an advocate you are not allowed to enter into partnership for sharing income/profits with persons who are not lawyers/advocates under the Bar Council of India rules.

no not at all. There is no absolute bar for advocates to do or take part in commercial activities.

You will find if go through the list of directors of many companies you will find no of persons as directors.

Advocates are MPs or MLAs still appear in courts.

The advocate can be even a partner in any firm but he should not be directly conducting the business.
