DEAR SIR
VRTY GOOD MORNING
AS ILLRGAL SALE TRANSACTIONS HAVE TAKEN PLACE ON THE LANDED PROERTIES OF MY LATE FATHER WITH THE CONNIVANCE OF LOCAL RESIDENTS WE ARE PLANNING TO INITIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ALL THE PERSONS INCLUDING REGISTERING AUTHORITIES (AS ON DATE THE TITLE DEED IS IN FAVOUR OF LATE FATHER ONLY) KINDLY ADVISE THE PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERING OF THR SAID DEED IN FAVOUR OF THE ONR OF ABSOLUTE FIVR ABSOLUTE LEGAL HEIRS WHETHER IT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE LEGAL HEIRS AT THIS JUNCTURE PLEASE ALSO TENDERED ADVISE WHETHER A JOINT COMPLAINT MAY BE LODGED BY ALL THE LIVING HEIRS PRIOR TO INITIATION LEGAL AND CRIMINAL ACTION AND IF SO THE PROCEDURE NEED TO BE ADOPTED FOR LODGING A COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE

defective sale deed registration
In the the Registering Authority viz the SRO concerned registers a sale deed and later in case it is fictious and fradulent document any legal can be initiated under existing law and so to kindly indicate its relevant clauses/rules/act

even a single person can make a complaint....give a written complaint to police with all the relevant documentary evidence....simultaneously give an application to the Registering Authority to cancel the sale deeds...file a suit for declaration as well.

Thank you very much for the reply. As advise tendered I will lodge complaint to the Police and simultaneously I will also submit an application to the Registering Authority Will they cancel. Kindly enlighten suit for declaration I believe that all notorised documents can be enclosed along with a complaint/application for cancellation

Dear Sir
In continuation of my reply indicate any Supreme Court/High Court case(s) a similar case of mine for lodging a complaint and and an application to the registering authority for cancellation of the illegal fabricated land transactions

There are numerous citations in support of your case, The proper stage for citing those citations has not come. You follow what ever has been suggested and engage the services of competent local lawyer.

For lodging a complaint or for application to the Registrar ,the citations are not needed.After filing the case you can ask for citations.

As per my knowledge and experience, once property document is registered with Sub-Registrar, he cannot and would not cancel the deed unless there is a direction to do so from a competent court.

Dear Advocte
Kindly indicate the nature of documents to be filed viz title deed of original in favourof late father or fabricated documents registered in favour of executant between husband and wife based on the strength of declaration made by the executant.whereas, this declaration has not been made available to me .The E C covers for the period from 1965 to 22nd June 2010 and as on date it is in favour of late father only and and EC is also clear to this effect.kindly advice the nature documents required to be submitted at time of FIR before concerned police station.

Good Evening
Kindly indicate a wife or lady or daughter in law threaten to file case against her husband and his family members on flimsy grounds when all of thm are away from daughter in law from her parents place and threatening to publicise in news paper as well as electronic media is it permissible under law for such threats and a complaint my be lodged in anticipation of such threats from daughterin law's family members when a husband unsound of mind
