How to controll nussance person?

In our society a person creating problem to everybody,quarralling for minour thing,
Gunda type beahiver,taunt/comments to ladies.No one come openly to complain against him.
And police needs prouf against him.
Please tell me How to controll over him?

YOU MAY FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE COURT DIRECTLY WITH NAMES OF TWO WITNESSES.
COURT WILL VERIFY YOUR COMPLAINT AND ISSUE PROCESS AS PER THE FACTS AND ALLEGATION AGAINST SAID PERSON UNDER RELEVENT PROVISION OF INDIAN PENAL CODE .AND COURT WILL ORDER THE POLICE TO INVESTIGATE AND REPORT THE MATTER.
YOU MAY COMPLAIN TO THE SOCIETY OFFICE BEARERS AND CREATE RECORD.AND ENCLOSE THE COPY OF SAID COMPLAINT TO THE COMPLAINT MADE IN THE COURT.
YOU WILL SUCCEED.
